Cotton Ranch Metropolitan District
Raw Water System
The District, in conjunction with the Gypsum Creek Golf Course, owns and operates a raw water distribution system that delivers non-potable irrigation water to each property within the community. Usage for each property is metered and billed on a tiered rate structure on a 6 month basis from May to October of each year. A one-time tap fee is charged at the commencement of construction of the home and an application can be obtained at:
